We work with patients ages  birth to 21 years old.

We typically see patients 1-2x a week for 40-60 minutes of therapy.

An hour-long customized assessment with the child and caregiver, discussing all development and medical history, detailing concerns, standardized testing, observation of play, and recommendations of next steps. Individual and costume written reports are then provided to the family.

Yes! We can help guide you through this process.

Often parents believe that if a child is receiving school therapy, outpatient services are not needed. These two services are quite different in many aspects. Specifically, school-based services must relate directly to a child’s ability to participate in an educational environment while outpatient therapy is typically based upon a physician’s referral, medical diagnosis, or therapist’s evaluation identifying deficits or delays not only affecting school participation, but also play and function in daily life.

Your therapist will discuss your child’s progress at the end of each therapy session and discuss the plan for discharge.  Discharge from therapy occurs when:

  • Goals are met and expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Family decides skilled therapy services are no longer needed.
  • Therapy no longer results in functional changes or measurable outcomes per re-evaluation testing
